RIM REPAIR, MAG OR ALLOY WHEEL STRAIGHTENING

Straightening machine: Comec RSM 220 made in Italy, a rim straightening machine and Lathe.

RSM 220 is designed and manufactured to repair by straightening all kind of steel, aluminium and alloy wheels with range diameter between 10′ and 22′.
The system uses an easy to handle hydraulic cyclinder actuated by an hydraulic unit that, conveniently positioned, pushes on the damaged part of the rim taking it back to the original shape. Such operation is made easier with the aid of a wide set of shaped punches that perfectly lean to the different rim profiles. Furthermore the hydraulic cyclinder is provided by a pressure regulation system with manometer (PRP100) which allows the adjustment of push force in accordance to the material on work.
RSM 220 moreover is equipped with a lathe unit that allows, after the wheel straightening operation, to remove dents on the edges.

Wheel Alignment

Wheel Balancing

When our Tyres are fitted, they are measured again on a balancing machine, and correction weights are applied to counteract the combined effect of the Tyre and Wheel unbalance. Leaving you with Balanced Wheels. Priced at $10 per Tyre

Punture Repair

If you notice a Tyre is needing more air or think you may have a slow leak, come in and we will check for you and try to repair the Tyre. The most common Puncture is by a sharp object such as a nail. Price is $25 for Car & 4WD
